Tencent Translation API

1. Apply for a Free API

Open the Tencent Machine Translation Console, https://console.cloud.tencent.com/tmt. Similarly, if you are not logged in, it will redirect to the login page. After logging in, reopen the page. After opening, agree to the pop-up agreement, and you can use it for free. There is a free quota of 5 million characters per month, which is 100 times that of Baidu.

2. Create AppId and Secret Key

After completing the first step, open this address: https://console.cloud.tencent.com/cam/capi

Click "Continue to Use"

Then on this page, click "Create Secret Key" to automatically create a pair of ID and secret key.

Copy SecretId and SecretKey.

Fill them in the Settings menu - Tencent Translation Settings.

Precautions:

Most AI translation channels may limit the number of requests per minute. If an error message indicates that the request frequency is exceeded, you can set a delay time in seconds through the software's Menu -- Tools/Advanced Settings -- Advanced Settings/set.ini -- Pause Time After Translation, such as 30, which means waiting for 30 seconds after each translation before proceeding with the next translation to avoid exceeding the limit frequency and causing errors.
