OpenaiTTS Dubbing Channel

This uses ChatGPT's TTS-1 model for dubbing. First, you need to ensure that you have a paid ChatGPT account with TTS-1 model calling permissions. Then, fill in the relevant information in Menu Settings -- ChatGPT and Compatible API.

Then, select the character you want to use in the dubbing roles.
