faster-whisper Model Download Tool for Manual Downloads

By default, the software automatically downloads the required models. If downloads frequently fail or you prefer to download them manually, you can use the dedicated model download tool available here.

1. Download the Tool:

   • Click to download down_huggingface.exe

2. How to Use:

   • Place the downloaded .exe file into the main program's folder (the same directory as sp.exe).
   • Double-click the .exe file you downloaded. A command-line window will open and automatically begin downloading all the necessary models.
   • The download process may take some time, especially since the large series models are very large. Please be patient and wait until the window indicates that all downloads are complete.

Important Notes:

• Models like large-v1, large-v2, and large-v3 are very large (several GB). If your network connection is unstable, the download may fail.
• If a download fails, don't worry. Simply double-click the same .exe file again. It supports resumable downloads and will continue from where it left off.
