Batch Subtitle Translation
This feature is used to import local subtitles for editing and modification, and then export the modified subtitles to the local machine. It supports three subtitle formats: srt, vtt, and ass.
Usage
- Click the import button or drag a subtitle file to the blank area, which will automatically render and create each line of subtitle editing elements.
- You can adjust the start time, end time, and subtitle text for each line, or delete a line of subtitles, or add a new line of subtitles.
- The subtitle export format can be selected at the bottom. When the ass format is selected, you can set the font, text size, text color, text background color, text border color, and the distance from the subtitle to the left margin, right margin, and bottom margin.
Note:
- Text background color and text border color are supported differently in different players, and may not be displayed.
- Only one subtitle file can be imported at a time.
Translation Function
To facilitate users in making modifications during the subtitle editing process and viewing the comparison of the original and translated text, we have added a translation function to the subtitle editing window. The translated text will automatically appear below the original text, allowing users to make direct comparison modifications. After modification, users can choose to export the target language subtitles, bilingual subtitles, or original language subtitles.
The operation is also very simple. Just select the translation channel, set the original language and target language, and then click the translation button. The software will automatically insert the translation results below the text box of each subtitle, making it easy for users to directly compare and adjust the modifications.
This function greatly improves the convenience of subtitle editing. Users can easily complete subtitle modification and translation operations within the same interface, saving a lot of time and effort.
